CATHERINE & STEPHEN TIED THE KNOT ON A WEDNESDAY LATE AFTERNOON (A FIRST FOR ME IN TERMS OF A WEDNESDAY WEDDING) AND ALMOST HAD THE ENTIRE TOWN TO THEMSELVES ON A LAZY SUMMER DAY IN SOUTH FLORIDA. HERE ARE A FEW PREVIEWS AS I PROCESS THE PHOTOS.  WE WERE PREPARED FOR TORRENTIAL RAIN WHICH NEVER CAME, AND THE EVENT WAS RELAXED AND INTIMATE, WITH JUST UNDER TWENTY GUESTS.

This has been my largest family photo project this year, and we aren’t finished yet: We shot this in two sessions last week to accommodate two branches of the family’s four generations before we make a series of custom photo books for this handsome family living all across Florida. We met in Palm Beach County: Gathering for the grandmother’s 80th birthday.

Friday, I met with my good friend Tom Tracy. I am also fortunate that he is an awesome Wedding Photographer as well. He presented me with two very nice option packages at reasonable prices and I gave him a deposit to secure Paul’s and my date. I always figured Tom would be my wedding photographer as I’ve always admired his photos, wedding or otherwise. In my opinion, he is the master of candid shots. I figure I’d given him fair enough warning when I said to him something like two years ago, “Tom when I get married, will you do the wedding?”
